Making the rounds again is the “Elf Yourself” flash application where you can upload photos of you and up to four of your closest friends and play elf.  The end result is a whimsical dance set to various tunes (disco, traditional music, and others).

The end resulting animation is posted to a unique URL can be emailed out to friends for their viewing pleasure.  The site is always popular around this time of year.

The application is addicting and is brought to you through a partnership between Office Max and JibJab that started back in 2006 and has been a viral marketing success ever since.  This year more dance themes are offered and a Facebook feature allows you to pull in photos to make up your posse of elves.  There are opportunities to put your elves onto mugs, cards and more.
