You would think that a company that uses the name “Overnight” would actually deliver print orders in a expeditious manner. Not so. My order proof looked whacky with the page upside down. I placed my order on Monday but put a hold on it on Wednesday when I noticed that the image was upside down. I used their contact us page and was told that I would receive an email within a couple of hours. Ha! That didn’t happen. I then tried to call on Thursday – the first attempt resulted in my getting disconnected and then their phone system went haywire and I couldn’t call back for an hour. After an hour of waiting, the person told me that the upside down image was indeed correct. Uhh…okay… He then told me that my print job would go back to the end of the queue. I pointed out that I had placed my order on Monday and could they expedite it. No dice! Of course, I could spend more money to “expedite” my order so I could get it at the end of NEXT WEEK instead of in TWO WEEKS. The representative had the nerve to get sniffy with me when I pointed out that their name of “OVERNIGHT PRINTS” was misleading if this was indeed the lead time.

I did a search on the Internet and it’s rife with complaints about this company. Stay away from them and try a more reliable company. Just a sampling of what’s wrong with this company:
